How to use

• 15 - 25 drops of sauna oil, depending on the desired intensity, to 1 litre of infusion water.
• Hazard warnings: CONTAINS PINE, ABIES ALBA, EXTRACT; D-LIMONENE. DANGER Highly flammable liquid and vapour. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Toxic to aquatic organisms with long lasting effects. If medical advice is required, have packaging or labelling ready. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Wear protective gloves. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Avoid release to the environment. Store under lock and key. Dispose of contents/container to hazardous or special waste collection point.
