Travogen® cream, 30 G

Travogen® cream is a medicinal product containing the active ingredient isoconazole nitrate for the effective treatment of superficial fungal infections of the skin.

Travogen is a medicine for the treatment of superficial fungal infections of the skin, e.g. between the toes, on the hands, in the groin area, fungal infections of the genital area and erythrasma (inflammation of the skin caused by a certain group of bacteria).

If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 weeks, consult your doctor. A doctor's prescription is required for the treatment of fungal infections in the genital area. Travogen is effective against all major fungi found on human skin.

How to use

• Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, follow the dosage exactly. For application to the skin.
• Travogen cream is applied once a day to the affected areas of skin.
• In general, fungal infections should be treated locally over a period of 2 - 3 weeks, or 4 weeks in the case of persistent infections (especially between the toes). Longer application periods are also possible if prescribed by a doctor.
• To avoid relapses, you should continue treatment for at least 2 weeks after the symptoms have subsided.
• Fungal infections are very stubborn and protracted. To achieve successful treatment, you must use Travogen cream regularly and observe the recommended hygiene measures.
• Use in children and adolescents: Data on a limited number of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents show no evidence of adverse effects with the use of Travogen Cream; however, a dosage recommendation cannot be given.

Ingredients

• The active ingredient is: Isoconazole nitrate (1%). 1 g of cream contains 10 mg isoconazole nitrate. 1 cm of Travogen cream contains 2 mg isoconazole nitrate.
• The other ingredients are: white vaseline, viscous paraffin, cetylstearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, purified water.
