Thorne Zinc Picolinate 30 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing 30 mg of highly bioavailable zinc picolinate per capsule.

Important trace element

Zinc Picolinate contains 30 mg zinc as a particularly bioavailable picolinate. Manufactured without magnesium stearate. NSF Certified for Sport, zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cell components from oxidative damage. It contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients, the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, fertility and reproduction as well as the maintenance of normal testosterone levels. Zinc has a function in cell division and also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, skin and vision.

  • 1 capsule once a day, unless otherwise recommended.
  • Note: Prolonged use of zinc can impair the absorption of copper. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
