The Nutri Store Vitamin E 200 I.U. capsules are a food supplement. Each Vitamin E 200 I.U. capsule contains 134 mg of natural vitamin E, equivalent to 200 international units (I.U.).

Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that the human organism urgently needs but cannot produce itself. As recently confirmed by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress can be triggered by smoking, increased UV radiation or other environmental influences, for example.

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.

Ingredients: Vitamin E (29 % RRR-alpha-tocopherol), soya oil, bovine gelatine (capsule shell), humectant glycerol.
