The Nutri Store Creatine Monohydrate Powder is a dietary supplement made from 100 % pure creatine monohydrate powder.

Creatine is a substance produced naturally in the body, which is mainly found in muscle cells and plays an important role as an energy store in the muscles in the form of creatine phosphate.

Many people do not eat creatine-rich foods such as meat or fish. Supplementing with creatine monohydrate therefore makes sense if you eat a one-sided low-creatine or vegetarian diet and during particularly strenuous sporting activities such as intensive training, as athletes have an increased creatine requirement. People over the age of 50 also benefit from creatine supplementation, as creatine storage capacity decreases significantly with age.

Creatine monohydrate is particularly recommended for the following sports: weight training, football, tennis and other ball sports, martial arts, endurance sports and athletics. Creatine monohydrate has a neutral flavour and is finely ground for optimum solubility and absorption. It should be stirred into water, fruit juice or an electrolyte drink.

Creatine monohydrate powder is subject to the usual variations in appearance, consistency, odour and taste of natural products. This does not affect the quality of the product. The product is free from gluten, soya, lactose, fructose, preservatives and synthetic colours, odours and flavours. The product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions for use

Consume 2 - 5 g creatine monohydrate daily. One heaped teaspoon corresponds to approx. 5 g.
For athletes, we recommend a course of 8 weeks. In the first week, take one heaped teaspoon 4 times a day before meals. From the second week onwards, one heaped teaspoon a day before breakfast is sufficient. Dissolve the powder in 1/2 litre of water or fruit juice to ensure optimum absorption.
Note: Creatine monohydrate is not suitable for growing children and adolescents.
