The Nutri Store ABM Agaricus Blazei Murill Extract Capsules are a food supplement containing 380 mg Agaricus Blazei Murill mushroom extract (10-15:1) from Sao Paulo with a standardised polysaccharide content of 45 % per vegetarian capsule.

The mushroom extract is obtained by hot water extraction from ABM mushroom powder and is particularly rich in ß-D-glucan. Just a few capsules a day make a significant contribution to a healthy diet.

The mushroom Agaricus blazei murill - or ABM mushroom for short - is a Brazilian relative of our button mushroom. Like our button mushroom, it is a popular edible mushroom in Brazil. The fresh mushrooms taste of almonds, which is why they are also known as almond mushrooms or Brazilian almond mushrooms. Unfortunately, the delicious flavour is lost after several days of storage. The ABM mushroom has been the subject of intensive research for around 35 years. Japanese researchers in particular have focussed on the "Himematsutake", as the mushroom is known in Japan. They discovered that the mushroom is rich in vitamins, amino acids and, above all, natural polysaccharides such as beta-glucan. These ingredients make the mushroom highly interesting from a nutritional point of view.

The raw material used to produce the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatine-free. ABM extract capsules are a natural product. There may be variations in the colour of the capsules. This does not affect the quality of the product.

Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals and sufficient liquid.
