- Tasectan DUO tablets are suitable for the treatment of acute diarrhoea and for the prevention of dysbiosis (= disruption of the balance of intestinal flora) associated with diarrhoea.
- The disruption of the normal intestinal microflora is mostly caused by taking antibiotics or by risk factors such as malnutrition, age, diabetes/metabolic syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, chemotherapy and stress.¹ The result is often the occurrence of prolonged diarrhoea.
- An important goal would be to nip diarrhoea in the bud - for which the intestinal defences must be strengthened. The new Tasectan DUO pursues this innovative approach.

- Adults: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours until symptoms subside.
- Take tablets with water.
Ingredients
- 1 tablet contains 500mg gelatin tannate (of porcine origin) and tyndallised lactic acid bacteria.
- Tasectan DUO contains gelatin tannate, which protects the intestinal mucosa and provides rapid symptom control, as well as a mixture of tyndallised lactic acid bacteria. These strengthen the intestinal defences and ensure a rapid restoration of optimal, physiological intestinal conditions.
