How can I use organic aniseed oil?

Organic aniseed oil is often used in aromatherapy as a bath additive for relaxing, soothing herbal baths. This is particularly suitable for overstimulation and inner restlessness to give body and mind a moment of relief. After a stressful day, for example, you can treat yourself to a well-earned break with this after-work bath: Simply add 3 drops of TAOASIS organic aniseed oil and 8 drops of lavender oil to 2 tablespoons of sea salt or cream and add to a full bathtub - it's easy to switch off. Aniseed oil is also used externally as an ingredient in massage oils. Well diluted with a base oil, such as jojoba or almond oil, it can be used to relieve tension. However, care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. As a room fragrance, the special scent of organic aniseed oil can create a warm and relaxed atmosphere in which you can simply let yourself go. However, the all-natural oil should be used extremely sparingly, as the intense fragrance can lead to narcotic, intoxicating states if the dosage is too high.
