Our heat pads require oxygen to warm up. Once the packaging is opened, they activate automatically within a few minutes and are ready for use. You can also use HEAT heat pads if you suffer from allergies, as the shoulder warmers are stuck to the innermost layer of clothing and not directly onto the skin.

Directions for use
Simply open the heat pad’s packaging and remove the shoulder warmer. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the heat pad and stick it to the innermost layer of clothing. The heat pads provide a comfortable average temperature of 40°C for the shoulders and neck for up to 8 hours.
