The natural bitter substances in our Lemi Tea® naturally support fat metabolism and strengthen the liver and gall bladder. When drunk over a longer period of time, the liver and bile tea harmonises digestion and metabolism. This reduces fatigue and tiredness and you will soon feel active and energised again.

Sometimes the liver and gall bladder need active support. It's a good thing that our soothing liver and bile tea is available. Selected herbs such as bedstraw, dandelion, ground ivy, speedwell, milk thistle seeds, bloodroot, cheese poplar, blackcurrant leaves and chicory contain important bitter substances. How to use

Boil 1 litre of water at 100° C. Pour over 2 heaped tablespoons of herbs and leave the tea to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. SonnenMoor recommendation: Drink 1 litre of tea throughout the day. Keep the tea warm in a thermos flask! This pack is sufficient for use for approx. 30 days.
