How to use
- Drink 2 - 3 cups daily for 3 weeks and repeat after a 1 week break.
- Preparation: Place a teaspoon of devil's claw in a porcelain container, pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over it, leave to infuse overnight and only strain the next day and bring to the boil briefly. This amount should be drunk throughout the day, lukewarm or cold, slowly and in sips.
