Vitamin D3 plays an essential role for our organism. The body can produce it itself with the help of sunlight. But even in the summer months, we are not able to produce enough vitamin D due to our modern lifestyle and insufficient sun intake. Babies, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and older people in particular have an increased need for this vitamin. It is therefore advisable to take high doses of vitamin D3 in the form of SonisoVit®D3.
