Directions for use
- Stir 2 heaped teaspoons into 250ml of water in the evening or as required after a meal, and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Notes: Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age. Due to the binding properties of slippery elm bark powder, any additional medication should be taken at least one hour before or approximately two hours after taking the slippery elm bark powder.
