Dry eyes eye drops "Similasan" are a homeopathic medicinal speciality. Homeopathy is a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic diseases.

Similasan Dry Eye Drops are a homeopathic combination medicine consisting of various individual homeopathic remedies whose drug pictures complement each other.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures.

The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product:

To alleviate complaints caused by an impairment of the tear film ("dryness") in the eye, such as

Reddened eyelids
Itching or burning of the conjunctiva
Foreign body sensation or feeling of sand in the eye
Tearing of the eyes after dryness
Sensitivity to light

The use of this homeopathic medicine in the above-mentioned indications is based exclusively on homeopathic experience. In severe forms of these disorders, clinically proven therapy is indicated. This medicine is used in adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age. If you do not feel better or even worse immediately in the case of acute complaints or after 3 days in the case of chronic complaints, consult your doctor.

Directions for use

Adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age: One to several times a day if symptoms occur, maximum 6 times 1-2 drops per eye.

Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse immediately in the case of acute symptoms or after 3 days in the case of chronic symptoms, consult your doctor.

Method of application: For application to the eye.

Separate one drop container. Separate the flat part with the ball tip from the drop container with a twisting motion.
Hold the eye drop container with your index finger and thumb with the tip pointing downwards over the open eye, press together and drip the drops into the eye.
Use a new eye drop container for each application.
Use opened eye drop containers immediately and dispose of them after use (non-perishable as they contain no preservatives).

Ingredients

The active ingredients are: 1 g (= 1 ml) contains: 303.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D6, 303.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 303.33 mg Hydrargyrum bichloratum D6.
1 monodose (0.4 ml) contains 121.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D6, 121.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 121.33 mg Hydrargyrum bichloratum D6.
The other ingredients are Citrate buffer (sodium citrate, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid solution 0.1M to adjust the pH), water for injection.
