Directions for use
- To drink after preparing an infusion.
- Preparation: Pour approx. 150ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag of Sidroga St. John's Wort Tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then gently squeeze out the bag and remove.
- The recommended dose is: Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over drink 1 cup of tea containing 1 filter bag 2 to 3 times a day.
- Duration of use: Do not take for longer than 2 weeks without interruption. If you do not feel better or even worse after 2 weeks, consult your doctor.
