How to use
- Use 3-4 drops in an air diffuser to create a fresh and energising mist
- Add 3-4 drops to your bath for a refreshing and energising bath
- Add 2-3 drops of holy basil blend essential oil to your tea or other beverage for a refreshing touch
- Mix 2-3 drops with 10ml carrier oil and massage sore joints and muscles for relief
