How to use
1 filter bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Allow boiling water to cool briefly and then infuse. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Squeeze the bag gently and remove. A short infusion produces a more stimulating tea with a mild flavour. If left to infuse for longer, the flavour becomes stronger and the stimulating effect somewhat weaker.
