Directions for use
1 tea bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over the tea bag. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it. A shorter steeping time produces a more invigorating tea with a mild aroma. A longer steeping time results in a stronger aroma, whilst the invigorating effect is slightly weaker.
