MELOLIN Wound Dressing sterile offers gentle, atraumatic wound care for various acute and chronic wounds. The perforated film allows unhindered gas exchange and prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound.
Melolin - the low-adhesion wound dressing consists of a cotton-polyester blend with high absorbency. The polyester coating on the wound side minimises the risk of sticking to the wound and thus ensures painless dressing changes. The particularly good exudate absorption enables longer dressing change intervals and thus supports economical care. The back of the dressing has a water-repellent top layer that minimises the penetration of moisture from the dressing to the outside.
