Directions for use

To be drunk after preparing a tea infusion.
Preparation: Pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 to 2 Sidroga nettle leaf tea bags and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then gently squeeze the bag(s) and remove them.
Duration of use: The tea should not be taken for longer than 2 to 4 weeks.
