The tried and tested mixture of rosehip peel, elderflower, camomile blossom, lime blossom and quendel herb combines an expectorant and diaphoretic effect. It provides relief from irritation of the upper airways and helps with colds.

Use
- To drink after preparing a tea infusion.
- Preparation: Pour approx. 150ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag of Sidroga Cold Tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then gently squeeze out the bag and remove.
- For use as a traditional sweating cure: after taking the tea, spend some time covered up in bed.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: Elderflower (Sambuci flos), lime blossom (Tiliae flos).
- 1 filter bag contains: 0.9 g elderflower, 0.9 g lime blossom.
- The other ingredients are: Coriander (Coriandri fructus), liquorice root (Liquiritiae radix).
