Directions for use

1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour in boiling water, leave to infuse for 5 to 8 minutes, gently squeeze out the bag and remove.
Notes: Always add boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food product!
