L-glutathione is a tripeptide consisting of the amino acids glutamine, glycine and cysteine. Together with selenium, it forms the enzyme glutathione peroxidase.

Our L-glutathione is obtained through plant fermentation, whereby the reduced form is particularly bioavailable and is efficiently absorbed by the body.

The amino acids L-cysteine, L-lysine, L-methionine and L-proline fulfil essential functions in the body. For example, they are crucial building blocks for many important structures such as skin, connective tissue and bones.

The OPC grape seed extract used consists mainly of the valuable oligomeric proanthocyanidins (95%) as well as catechins and epicatechins, which all belong to the group of polyphenols. Polyphenols are a group of bioactive compounds that occur in many plants and have numerous positive properties.

Carefully dosed vitamin E rounds off the formula. Vitamin E is known for its positive property of contributing to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
