The herbs used for the bitter spray come from a 1500-year-old monastic tradition and were already being used by Hildegard von Bingen and many other herbalists. The valuable herbs come mainly from the monastery gardens and from the surrounding mountain pastures in the Salzkammergut and are cultivated, tended, collected and processed by the monks with the utmost care. The monastery herbs are harvested at the right time, hand-picked and freshly processed immediately after harvesting. In this way, the entire vital power of the plant is utilised.

How to use

• 2 strokes 3 to 4 times a day (1.5 ml) from the pump dispenser.
• Advice: Due to the natural ingredients, slight clouding is possible. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store at room temperature, dry and protected from light.
