No. 6 brings oxygen into the cell interior and thus ensures regular cell renewal. People with a deficiency of No. 6 very often have an "air hunger". This mineral is mainly used when the metabolism is impaired or sluggish, e.g. in chronic skin diseases of all kinds. On the surface of the skin, No. 6 is needed to pigment the skin. The mineral removes harmful substances from the cell, so it should always be taken in combination with No. 10 Sodium sulphuricum, which can break down harmful substances. No. 6 also provides rapid relief from bloating.
