No. 1 is used for ligament weakness, both for overstretching and for hardening of tendons and ligaments. We need No. 1 for firm and elastic skin and for the recovery of stretched tissue after pregnancy. It helps with brittle or splintering nails and thin hair. Loose teeth become firm again. A deficiency of calcium fluoratum leads to stretching or hardening of the connective tissue and excessive callus formation.
The minerals according to Dr Schuessler are used as a regulatory therapy, ideally suited for health care and disease prevention, or to accompany or support medical therapy in the sense of complementary medicine.
