No. 21 is used to treat nervous insomnia. It enhances learning ability and memory. It strengthens the senses – such as sight, hearing, smell and taste – and has a moisturising effect on the mucous membranes. No. 21 has an antioxidant effect. No. 21 is essential for the health of the skin, hair and nails. It gently supports hormonal metabolism and stimulates growth, skin regeneration and wound healing. It has a strengthening effect on the eyes, particularly promoting adaptation to light and dark.
Dr Schüßler’s mineral remedies are intended for use as a regulatory therapy, ideally suited to health maintenance and the prevention of illness, or to accompany or support medical treatment, entirely in line with the principles of complementary medicine. Use
