A balanced diet is important for heart health. The long-chain, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function and thus make a valuable contribution to a heart-healthy diet. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Omega-3 fatty acids provide important building blocks for the organism.
The omega-3 fatty acid DHA has an important function in maintaining normal vision and brain function. Here too, the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
EPA and DHA are found in high concentrations in sea fish oil in particular. Sanhelios Omega-3 capsules contain 1,000 mg of high-quality sea fish oil per capsule, of which at least 30% (300 mg) are omega-3 fatty acids.
Sanhelios omega-3 fatty acids from sea fish oil are tasteless and odourless.
