Sanatur Omega-3 vegetable capsules are a vegetable food supplement with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) from perilla oil (wild sesame).
Omega-3 fatty acids are unsaturated fatty acids and fulfil important tasks in the body. They belong in every healthy, wholesome diet. One representative of this group is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Perilla seed oil contains a lot of this valuable fatty acid. The ripe seeds are cold-pressed for us and natural vitamin E is added. The capsule shell is made from maize starch.
