Only selected leaves from the South American Ilex shrub are used for Salus Mate Tea green. Ilex paraguariensis contains caffeine, which is why the tea has a particularly stimulating effect. The ideal pick-me-up for tea lovers.

How to use
Bring fresh water to the boil and leave to cool to 70 to 80 °C for approx. 5 minutes. Pour over one filter bag per cup and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. Flavour with lemon juice as desired.
