How to use

Cistus tea: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of cistus herb and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. The tea can be flavoured with honey and lemon.
Cistus decoction: Pour ½ to 1 litre of water over 2 to 3 tablespoons of cistus herb and bring to the boil, leave to cool for 5 minutes and strain.
