- Saffron, also known as "red gold" and also one of the most expensive spices in the world, supports emotional balance, relaxation and the maintenance of a positive mood. Griffonia is the name given to the African black bean. Its most important ingredient is closely linked to the neurotransmitter serotonin, the so-called "happiness messenger".
- Magnesium, an important mineral for our body, and vitamins B6, B9 (folic acid) andB12 can reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium and vitamins B6 andB12 also support the normal functioning of the nervous system and, together with vitamin B9, the normal functioning of the psyche.
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is included to maintain energy levels and general vitality.

- Take one capsule daily unchewed with sufficient (approx. 200 ml) water with or after a meal (preferably in the morning).
