How to use
- Refigura Intervall is taken orally (by mouth). Take 3 x 2 capsules daily with plenty of water. To achieve a positive effect as part of a low-calorie diet, take 2 capsules 3 times a day (= 3 g glucomannan), approx. 15 minutes before each meal. After taking the capsules, drink 1-2 glasses of water so that the glucomannan can reach the stomach.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, adolescents and children. Contains glucomannan: Not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties. There is a risk of choking if you have difficulty swallowing or if you do not drink enough fluids while taking the product. Medication and vitamins should be taken one hour before or four hours after Refigura Interval. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
