Directions
- Stir approx. 1 tablespoon (10 g) of hemp protein into 500 ml of water daily. When used in smoothies, juices, soya, spelt, rice or oat drinks, the nutritional information changes. Use a whisk or mixer to avoid lumps forming.
- Please note: Organic hemp protein is not suitable for children and adolescents. The above-mentioned positive effects already occur from a daily consumption of 10 g organic hemp protein. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are of great importance. Colour and taste may vary as this is a natural product that is subject to seasonal fluctuations.
