Regaine Men's Solution stabilises the progression of congenital hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in the tonsure area of the scalp with a diameter of 3 - 10 cm in men aged 18 - 49 years. The treatment can thus counteract the progression of congenital hair loss. The onset and extent of this effect can vary from individual to individual and cannot be predicted.

How to use

Regaine is intended for external use on the dry scalp. Please only apply Regaine to a healthy, uninjured scalp and follow the instructions for use below exactly. Do not apply Regaine to areas of the body other than the scalp.

The recommended dose is

In the morning and evening, spread 1 ml of Regaine on the thinned or bald areas of the scalp. Regaine spreads very well - 1 ml is also sufficient for large areas. Do not use more than a total of 2 ml of solution daily. Apply the solution starting from the centre of the affected areas and spread gently. Your scalp and hair must be completely dry. Wash your hands after use to avoid accidental contact with eyes or mucous membranes.

If you use Regaine regularly twice a day, you will see new hair after about four months. Hair loss is stopped earlier.

Each pack contains two different applicators (certified medical devices).

Pump spray applicator:

You can use this to apply Regaine to larger bald patches.

1. Unscrew the screw cap from the bottle.
2. Place the spray applicator on the bottle and screw it tight. Remove the small cap.
3. To obtain the dose of 1 ml, press the pump six times. After each pumping process, spread the liquid over the hairless area with your fingertips. Avoid inhaling spray vapours.
4. Close the spray applicator with the small cap after use.

Pump spray applicator with extended tip:

This allows you to apply Regaine to small bald patches. You can also easily reach the hair roots.

1. First screw the pump spray applicator onto the bottle (see above).
2. Then remove the small spray head and firmly attach the extended tip instead. Remove the small cap at the end of the tip.
3. To obtain the dose of 1 ml, press the pump six times. After each pumping process, spread the liquid over the hairless area with your fingertips. Avoid inhaling spray vapours.
4. After use, replace the small cap on the tip.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is minoxidil. 1 ml contains 50 mg minoxidil. The other ingredients are ethanol, propylene glycol (E 1520) and purified water.
