Primavera Clove Bud organic essential oil is a powerful natural product with a wide range of applications. It is extracted from the flower buds of the clove tree and has a warm, spicy fragrance.
Clove buds come from the clove tree, which was originally native to the Moluccas. The clove tree grows to over 10 metres high. Cloves have been known as a spice in Europe since the Middle Ages. Clove buds are picked by hand before they blossom. They are used as a spice in Christmas biscuits and curry mixtures. In naturopathy, they are used for oral care and for colds and digestive complaints.
