• Apply to stressed muscle areas and massage in with gentle pressure and circular movements. Apply to the skin for a relaxing and regenerating massage.
• Tip: Take the Muscle Wellbeing Care Oil bio with you into the shower after sport and massage the oil into the stressed muscles with gentle pressure and circular movements directly after showering on wet skin. The oil combines with the water during the massage to form a spontaneous emulsion and is therefore absorbed particularly quickly. Then gently pat the skin dry with a towel.
