How to use

Take 1 tablet daily unchewed with a little liquid, preferably water. Use isrecommended from the time you wish to have children or throughout the first 3 months of pregnancy.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for avaried diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle areimportant.
