Pharma Nord Selenium+Zinc Coated Tablets are a dietary supplement with selenium, zinc, vitamin B6 and C that contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the thyroid gland and the maintenance of normal skin and nails.

The ingredients of Selenium+Zinc Tablets include: Selenium, Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Selenium+Zinc contains 100 micrograms of selenium from the patented, organic and easily absorbable selenium yeast SelenoPrecise from Pharma Nord. SelenoPrecise contains 66% selenomethionine and 34% various other forms of selenium equivalent to those we get from a selenium-rich diet. 89% of the selenium in the tablet is absorbed. Absorption and effect appear to increase when selenium is combined with the organically bound vitamins A, B6, C, E and zinc.

How to use

Take 1 coated tablet daily with a meal and some liquid.
