The curly-leaved dock (Rumex crispus L.) is a plant from the knotweed family (Polygonaceae). It is widespread and grows almost throughout Europe, North Asia, Mexico and Chile. The most important ingredients include chrysophanic acid, emodin and catechin tannins. Sorrel is mainly used to treat fever, indigestion, diarrhoea, stomach complaints and anaemia. It is mainly used externally for wounds, skin rashes, boils, ulcers and swellings.

How to use
Adults: If required, take 2 - 3 x 10 - 20 drops diluted with a glass of water.
