How to use

Check hair for head lice Check the entire head of hair of all family members for head lice, preferably in daylight, using the fine-toothed nit comb provided. Treat all infested persons on the same day to prevent re-infestation.

• It is easier to carry out the examination on dry hair.
• First comb the hair with a normal brush to remove tangles. Then search the hair strand by strand for head lice.
• Use the Paranix nit comb to check the hairline, the nape of the neck and the area behind the ears particularly thoroughly, as lice and nits are often found in these areas.
• The Paranix nit comb should be carefully cleaned with lukewarm soapy water after each use to avoid any transmission.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply the product to dry hair: Shake the bottle before use and apply a sufficient amount of product evenly to DRY HAIR, avoiding the eye area. Ensure that the entire hair and scalp are covered with shampoo. Massage the shampoo in well from the roots to the ends of the hair, paying particular attention to the areas at the nape of the neck and behind the ears. 200 ml = enough for up to 8 applications, depending on the length of the hair.
2. Leave in for 5 minutes: Leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes. To successfully remove all nits, leave the shampoo on for up to 10 minutes.
3. Add water and wash the hair: Lather the shampoo with plenty of water and then rinse the hair thoroughly. Make sure that the shampoo has been rinsed out completely. Style the hair as usual.
4. Removing lice and nits : Before blow-drying the hair, comb it thoroughly with the Paranix nit comb to remove dead lice and nits - Comb the hair while it is damp with the fine-toothed Paranix nit comb - Divide the hair into 4 sections: Make a parting from the forehead to the nape of the neck and from one ear to the other. If you have long hair, you can also braid each section - Now comb through each section by dividing small strands of hair so that the scalp is visible - When combing each individual strand of hair, make sure that you start as close to the scalp as possible. Always comb the hair from the roots to the ends. - Remove any head lice and/or nits that you find in the hair using the Paranix nit comb. - Put each nit-free strand of hair to one side. - To prevent re-infestation, clean the nit comb with a cotton pad or cotton ball after each strand of hair.
