The time spent in an alkaline bath should be longer than in a normal full bath. Despite deacidification, it is also advisable to practise good stress management. Application

• The alkaline pH value of the bath water with zeolite alkaline bath is approx. 8.5 - 9, taking into account the recommended use. It is ideal for full baths, sitz baths and foot baths.
• For optimum utilisation of the active principle, we recommend using the zeolite alkaline bath twice a week.
• Full bath: 2 heaped tablespoons
• Sitz bath: 1 heaped tablespoon
• Foot bath: 1 heaped teaspoon
• Please shake the tin before use. Simply sprinkle the specified amount into the water and bathe for at least 30 - 60 minutes. The optimum water temperature is 37 - 38 degrees.
• It is recommended to rinse the bath with hot water after each use.
• Special note: Depending on the size of the bath and the hardness of the water, it may be necessary to increase the recommended dosage in order to achieve the pH value described.
