These are needed to break down nutrients from the daily diet. Nutrients provided in this way can be accessed and utilised by the body. Directions

As required, take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day before meals, preferably with plenty of warm water.

Ingredients

1 capsule contains: pomegranate seeds 204 mg, calcium sulphate 120 mg, galangal 102 mg, long pepper 28.5 mg, cardamom 12.8 mg, cassia cinnamon 12.8 mg. The vegan capsule shell consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The capsules contain no artificial preservatives or colourings.
One daily dose (4 / 6 capsules) contains 133 / 199 mg calcium. This corresponds to 16.6 / 24.9 % of the daily recommended intake (NRV).
