Otosan® ForTuss cough syrup with manuka honey, organic blossom honey and plant-based molecular complexes is indicated to soothe dry and mucous coughs, liquefy excess mucus and promote expectoration.

Suitable for adults and children from the age of 1 year, the syrup forms a protective layer on the irritated mucous membrane and thus restores its well-being.

Cough syrup made from herbal ingredients

Otosan® ForTuss cough syrup is suitable for use with dry and mucous coughs and irritated mucous membranes in the mouth and throat. The mild formulation with manuka honey, an organically produced blossom honey, essential oils and the addition of grindelia and plantain provides balsamic care and a pleasant flavour. Suitable for adults and children.

Otosan® ForTuss cough syrup with a positive effect on irritated mucous membranes. Thanks to the synergy of its components, it forms a protective layer on the mucous membrane that promotes its hydration and counteracts its irritation. Molecular complexes such as resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids, together with the properties of manuka honey and organic flower honey, also promote

the hydration of mucus and its natural expulsion;
a protective and soothing effect on the throat, indirectly calming the typical discomfort of coughing, both at night and during the day.

Herbal active ingredients

Manuka honey: This precious honey from New Zealand from the bees that pollinate manuka flowers is known for its multiple beneficial properties. It has a positive and calming effect on the upper respiratory tract.
Organically grownblossom honey : has expectorant properties.
Grindelia extract: balsamic properties.
Plantain extract: soothing properties.
Immortelle extract: protective film-forming, liquefying properties.
Lemon essential oil: protective properties in relation to the mucous membrane.
Orange essential oil: soothing properties.
Myrtle essential oil: gives the product a balsamic flavour.

How to use

Shake well before use.
Children from 1 to 6 years: take 5 ml, 2-4 times a day.
From 6 years: take 10 ml, 2-4 times a day.
Close the bottle carefully after use and clean the dispenser thoroughly.
It is recommended to take the last dose before going to bed.
Instructions: Use at room temperature (8 - 25° C). Protect from moisture, heat and light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 1 year of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. Discontinue treatment if adverse reactions occur. If symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor. Otosan® ForTuss Cough Syrup can also be taken by coeliacs. Otosan® ForTuss Cough Syrup contains no alcohol and no artificial colourings.
