- Green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) contains a natural complex of glucosaminoglycans (GAG), omega-3 fatty acids and other important substances. Important building blocks for the development and maintenance of cartilage and connective tissue can be obtained from these components.
- The vitamin E it contains is a fat-soluble vitamin and helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
- Glucosamine is an important amino sugar and, together with chondroitin sulphate, is a component of cartilage tissue.
- Methylsulphonylmethane (also known as MSM ) is an organic sulphur compound. MSM can boost the metabolism and have a positive effect on health and the immune system.
- As a co-factor of certain enzymes,manganese is also actively involved in cartilage formation, among other things.
Dosage form
Directions for use
- Dogs up to 10 kg body weight = maximum 1 chewable tablet* per day
- Dogs up to 20 kg body weight = maximum 2 chewable tablets* per day
- Dogs up to 30 kg body weight = maximum 3 chewable tablets* per day
Ingredients
- Ingredients: maltodextrin, glucosamine hydrochloride (from aquatic animals) (20 %), chondroitin sulphate (12 %), methylsulphonylmethane (3.8 %), green-lipped mussel powder (3.8 %), inactivated yeast (3.1 %), stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
- Analytical constituents: crude protein 15.6 %, crude fat 3.7 %, crude fibre 11.6 %, crude ash 4.5 %, sodium 1 %, sulphur 2.1 %.
- Nutritional additives per kg: Vitamin E as DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 11,500 mg, manganese as manganese sulphate 750 mg.
- Technological additives per kg: stabiliser microcrystalline cellulose 150,000 mg, anti-caking agent colloidal silicon dioxide 10,000 mg.
- Sensory additives per kg: flavourings 1,077 mg.
