Orthomol Immun is a dietary supplement. With vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc as a contribution to the normal function of the immune system and with other micronutrients.

Micronutrients for the immune system

The functioning of the immune system is linked to an adequate supply of nutrients (micro- and macronutrients). As the individual components consist mainly of rapidly forming new cells, a good supply of micronutrients is important.
The immune competence of the organism is therefore determined, among other things, by the supply of micronutrients such as vitamins C, D, E, A and the trace elements selenium and zinc.

Immune factor - nutrition

A balanced diet with fresh foods is the basis for a good immune defence. Vitamin A, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, iodine, manganese, iron and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Directions

Take the contents of a drinking bottle daily with or after a meal together with the tablets. Shake well before use.
