Directions
Take 2 capsules (= daily portion) daily with a little liquid at mealtimes. Please divide the capsules between morning and evening.

- Ingredients: gelatine (from beef), vegetable oils (linseed oil containing alpha-linolenic acid (8.3 %), evening primrose oil containing gamma-linolenic acid (from Oenothera biennis) (5.7 %) and sunflower oil in variable proportions by weight), humectant glycerine, L-ascorbic acid, fish oil (10 %), soya bean extract containing isoflavones (from Glycine max.) (9.5 %), lignan-containing linseed extract (from Linum usitatissimum) (3.8 %), zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mixed tocopherols, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, lycopene (from Solanum lycopersicum), emulsifier soya lecithins, humectant sorbitol, coenzyme Q10 (0,8 %), calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, carotenoid-containing palm fruit extract (from Elaeis guinensis), lutein ester-containing marigold extract (from Tagetes erecta), colouring iron oxides, lutein-containing Tagetes erecta extract, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
