How to use

• Apply our marmot ointment 2 to 3 times a day to the affected area of the body. Whether neck, shoulder, back, spine, legs, feet or knees - our natural product is easy to spread or massage in and is absorbed immediately. You will feel the ointment the first time you apply it!
• Tips for use: You can use our marmot ointment several times a day without hesitation, but after around 21 days we recommend that you take a break for a week.
