Opraclean® gauze bandage for tamponade with iodoform is a medical product used for haemostasis and wound cleansing. It contains iodoform as an antiseptic active ingredient.

Opraclean dressings support wound cleansing by absorbing wound exudates and cell debris. Wound pockets and wound cavities can be tamponaded with Opraclean. The dressings impregnated with Iodoform also have an antiseptic effect*. Iodoform decomposes in a moist environment and continuously releases small amounts of iodine from the dressing material.
