OPTIFAST® Drink Chocolate is a meal replacement for a weight control diet or part of a daily ration for a weight control diet.

How to use

Stir the contents of a sachet into approx. 200 ml of cold water using a whisk or shake well in a mixing cup for approx. 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved.

Dosage:

Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (exclusive diet with OPTIFAST® - 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products will help you lose weight.
Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight
