How to use

Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 200 ml of cold water using a whisk or shake well in a mixing cup for approx. 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. The OPTIFAST® home drink should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Dosage:

• Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (exclusive diet with OPTIFAST® - 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
• Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products helps to lose weight.
• Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight.
